i dont want an actor to touch another actor

i was trying not to let my actor touch another actor with colliding but it didnt work is there any other suggestions?

    If you don't have the collide behavior then they will not touch each other, they may overlap but not collide.

    I meant i dont want my actor to walk on top of another actor...
