Adding inertia help!

So what I need is to make a sort of spin the bottle game and I found part of what I need. Which is tshirtbooth's "HOW TO move from center and rotate from the sides with touch" template. What I need Is to for the block to have inertia when you let go. Does anybody know how I could do this?
