drag and drop for only 5 inches behavior

I have a drag and drop behaior, but I want this for example:
Drag and drop only 5 or 10 inches across the screen in the x position and not go back and forth any further. And from top to bottom (y position) it must be moveable on one line like a slide. (limited sliding)
Is there a behavior for this?
I tried it with a walls, but that doesn't work. I can drag the actor just over them..
