Stop on Destination

I have a rule that when something is true, rotate to position and don't stop on destination. This way, the actor is locked into looking at the target no matter where he goes. However, I want the player to be able to unlock this, but when I try, it seems that even when the controlling attribute is false the actor still wants to look at the target all the time.

Basically, is there a way to stop not stopping on destination? Or, start stopping on destination during the game?

    Nevermind, I figured it out through the run to completion checkbox.
