Springy bobbly thing

I want to create a spring-like motion, as though something were constrained to a position by springs.

So, when I touch a graphic, I can pull it away from its original position, and it springs back, overshooting a bit, and then after a couple seconds, returning to its original position.

I don't need a bobblehead motion (although that would be great), with rotation. Just the springing back into place, with some bounce.

I'm trying combinations of drag, angular drag and accelerate toward. The showstopper is that after bouncing back to the original position, the graphic sits and judders. Won't do.

Is there a simpler way to do this?

I have an elasticity demo on my wall that you are free to dig through.

Thank you SO much. That worked. I also got the judder to stop by only having it do elasticity for three seconds, then interpolating the actor to the target position.
