Changing scene is not working...

Hello everybody:
I have a menu and a couple of buttons that when pressed they will change to another scene.
I press one and it will change scene ok then I hit menu.
I go back to menu and when I hit the same or another button to change scene sometimes it doesn't change.
It will stay on the menu.
There is nothing complicate here just When touch is press: change scene. and then on that scene a menu button with a rule that When touch is press Change scene to menu.
Can somebody help me with this.

I've been running into similar issues with a simple main menu/instruction screen navigation. Any ideas why this happening?
