applied to an AI actor

Hello friends I'm making a game for iphone and are two players one I control myself and the other the cpu, as I can apply characteristics to control the cpu player differently according to the levels of the game?

    Yes, probably. Assuming you have one set of rules for one difficulty and another set of rules for another difficulty, simply drop all the rules for one difficulty in a master rule (if attribute "level" = 1), and do the same for the other set of rules (if attribute "level" = 2). Then after selecting the level or difficulty, it'll select which set of rules controls the AI.
