STAFF: include the possibility to choose vertically or orizziontal Splash screen

Hello everyone, it would be nice to be able to choose how to set the splash screen ..
my new games will all be in vertical mode ...when the user play a game turn to two times the screen ...

if it possible??

I would say the option of vertical editing in general would be better.
