Mac vs Mac

Right now the way the GS engine is working. Would I see any performance change if i bought the Biggest baddest Mac pro there is. Would that make GS run any better? Of would I get the same performance that I get now with my mac mini?

    Not a huge amount of difference. On an i7 quad core MBP with 8gb of ram it still runs terribly. I can't see a difference between that and my MBA 1.6.

    However, other things become better such as photoshop and final cut (even imovie as well).

    I would stick with the mini unless you are upgrading anyway. Wouldn't upgrade just for Game Salad though.

    I've got a 2x dualcore 3ghz 10 gig ram 12 terabites hard drive mac pro and it doesn't run any better than my mac book

    Sorry 12 terrabites divided into 6 hard drives,I have an illness I convince myself I need to buy another hard drive every month I wonder if there's any patches for that

    i read about a HRT patch (hard-drive replacement therapy) or buy loads more and build a hard drive Jenga :)

    How do you fit them in the case? It only has space for 4.

    I like to keep everything separate ,music production 1drive,graphics another drive,game development another, then if any drive crashes it doesn't take the hole thing with it
