Publish to Gamesalad Web game Arcade???

How do you publish to GS webgame Arcade? I click publish and I get just iphone/ipad/macintosh.

P.S. I researched the oh so awesome GS search engine. No luck. So sorry if this question has been asked 5000x

To upload to the web your game needs to be under 10mb, if its over, the option doesnt show on publish

to publish to gamesalad webgame.. it must be made under iphone or gamesalad.com size preference. ipad wont work
