Change actor is different from actor in a scene

I have an actor, example to show text.
I put the actor in a scene, drag & drop to the right.

So, if I change the actor by double clicking on its square in the scene, I have not the same change ine the actor list on the left.

In this way if I put the same actor in different scenes, I must go on each scene if I need to change them, one by one !

Is it normal ?
