*Urgent help, itunes connect error, can't upload binary!!*

So I rejected a binary that uploaded as an update for my app. After rejecting it, I uploaded a new binary and the update went into "waiting for review", however almost immediately after the update became "developer rejected" again without me doing anything! Now whenever I try to upload a new binary, or do anything for that matter (even just changing the metadata) this error pops us "There was an error saving changes. Please try again later or contact iTunes Connect Support at itunesconnect@apple.com."

Any ideas as to what the problem may be or what could help? I tried logging in and out of itunes connect, even restarting my internet and computer but it didn't do anything.
