GS Splash Screen Remove ?

Just a thought, if you went into the package contents of your App and replaced the GS intro with your own (same file name) would it replace it with your own ?
I know it wouldn't work but worth asking ? :P

    It'd corrupt the file, just be satisfied with the custom image until video support :)

    i just convert videos to PNG images...then put them in GS, make it fast, put sound in, done.. :)

    Yeah, but not possible for a custom splash, you could make a second splash like that but a waste of resources I reckon.

    So guys,

    I am almost going to spend the US$499 with the GS Pro.

    SO, just to be on the safe side I ask you guys definitively:

    GS Pro Membership will let me put MY OWN Splash Screen OR I will need to use GS Splash Logo?

    Sorry for the question but I only need to know for sure from you already GS PRO`s.

    New Pro users cannot change the loading screen, though that is suppose to change soon, I believe.

    This sounds like horrible for me! If your answer is true I must think about other developing tool to use for sure. Hope you arent a Pro or is wrong. Sorry.

    Hey John...love what you`ve said above but is it really true? Because Eastbound said exactly the opposite of.

    So who is Pro to be knowing about this simples answer here guys?

    p.s.: I just need one confirmation that since I spend the annual fee to be a Pro member so I will have the right to use my own brand. Nothing else for now than this.

    One of the perks of having pro (and the most important one for me) is being able to use your own splash screen.

    I've no idea why Eastbound said you couldn't do it. It's been like that since the beginning, changed after the GS Direct stuff, but is now back to normal.

    Look at Air Supply, or any other pro game - no GS Splash screen.
