Game Accelerometer Options

Hi, I am making a game with gun cross hairs and the player moves the cross hairs by tilting the device. Currently, the accelerometer style is flat or (Top-Down) : Up: accelerometer >0.1 Move Up Down: accelerometer <0.1 Move Down Left: accelerometer >0.1 move Left Right: accelerometer <0.1 Move Right

I want to make my game like "tilt to live" where there are 3 accelerometer options: Regular, Top-Down, and Custom.

I need to know what the accelerometer rules should be for regular, and I also need to know how to make a custom option (So the player can set a neutral position. Any Ideas? THANKS
