Play Sound vs Play Music .ogg vs.m4a

I have 2 actors-- on touch play sound.They are all less than 5 secs long so I selected convert to ogg. Files sound good over ipad speakers. But I noticed something about Sound VS Music.

Scenerio 1: Music

Actor 1 on touch plays music file#1 while music file is still playing hit actor 2 and music file 2 starts playing while music file 1 is still playing.

There is a way to fix that with the stop music feature.

Scenerio 2 Sound

I cant find a fix for that when using sound instead of music. I need the sound from actor 1 to stop when I start the sound from actor 2.

That's interesting. I thought only one music track could play at a time?

Did you uncheck "Run to Completion"?

You may have to set up attributes and have them shut off the volume when the conditions are met, and turn back on again after a second or 2 for that particular sound. Or use music as the option for the sound since it has a behavior to stop music whenever you want. I've never used music option for sound effects personally, but it seems like it would work.
