Received a copyright infringement note from Apple

Hello guys, how are you?
My Game ePig Rush received a Copyright infringement from Apple.

How can you protect from this?

Has someone have this problem?

The mail is because reigndesign say I Copy them.
even though our games name is almost the same, the games are very different the style is different.
The whorl Rush is Generic, and the word ePig Is Mine.

Any Tip?

    Did Apple say specifically what part of the game infringed on copyrights?

    They only copy the message of the company that complain, But there is no probe of Their copyright.

    there is no copyright on concept
    maybe you should change your name if it is really close to the others

    You'll have to change it.

    Pig Rush and ePig Rush are definitely too similar, it's literally one letter difference.

    Change it to ePig Dash or something like that. At the end of the day, they just don't want someone confusing your game with theirs and since they were to market first with their game the burden is on you to change it.

    Yes, but I don't think it sounds good. ePig Speed, ePig Race, ePig Run, and ePig Runner sound much better in my opinion.

    I was going to say - I actually like ePig Dash better than ePig Rush. If it's about a pig running, Dash is better. But it looks like you got it sorted. Good luck! :)

    I think Dash is your best option.

    wait.. seriously?? i there is a game "pig rush" you cannot make a game named "ePig rush"?? or pig hush? or pip rush? or any other combo similar to this?? I guess if i would make "epic dash" Nicolas would complain also! :) it sounds similar to "epig dash" :)

    I think the name of an app is really important - and you need to test it on as many people as possible who will give you an honest opinion. This forum is a great place to ask opinions.

    Personally, I like ePig Dash more than the other suggestions so far. I thought of ePig Woosh, but still prefer Dash!

    I don't think it's about the name alone, it's a combination of how similar to two games and the two game's names are, that's causing a problem. If it were me and someone put out a game very similar to mine with an almost identical name, I'd complain. You wouldn't want someone confusing your game with someone else's especially if you were to market first.

    epig rush and pig rush are too similar, I'd even be so bold as to suggest that's where he got the idea from in the first place. I could be wrong though.

    Hi..

    I had the same on one of my first apps....we had photo frames that looked liked Polaroid photos. I think they will cancel your dev agreement if you monkey around too much.

    Personally (unless you have a lot of money for lawyers) I would really **change** any items deemed as an infringement. Your reputation is worth more than 1 game.

    I didn't take the idea from them, I have this idea long time ago, And Finally some Day Come Hachinko template for a runner Game! Bought it, Studied, and create ,my own,
    They see very similar, but if you play both will se they have a LOT of difference.
    I Was thinking I might get new and noteworthy this thursday because the good amount of download, But I think that now i Wont be there because of this :(

    Yes Guru, Im ready to Change EVERITHING, just waiting this guys and Apple Response, to Upload a New Binary Instatnly (I Already have an update in proces but with Old Iamges)

    Pig Rush game vs. ePig Rush

    It may help if you can clearly establish that your game was released before theirs.

    Pig Rush is a Game fromReignDesign, Released before mine ePig Rush.
