check box for publish to mac app store

Hello
I created my mac certificate and Bundle identifier. I can create my mac application and run it ok on my MAC.
I followed TB's video to make sure the bundle id was entered and you press enter. The problem I have is the check box is grey and select box states "No Mac dev.... found". This is odd because XCODE shows that I have a "3rd party Mac developer application" certificate installed.
Anyone else have this problem?
