Problem with Jump & Run & Draw Game

I'm currently working on a Jump & Run & Draw Game. The Problem is I use mouse position x/y to draw lines, but when the camera is moved (scene: 320 height 1920 weight) the lines were still drawn in the 320x480 area, because mouse position gives the position on the screen not on the scene.
