Is there any pre made artwork or does everything have to be created by the designer?

You have to make it or get and artist. You can also buy royalty free stuff or find public domain clipart but its usually not enough for a game. so plan on an artist.

I'm not sure what to do atm, I think I'm going to learn how to use GS inside out first and then come onto the art.
