So I have on either side of my gameplay screen a right wall and left wall. I have set up a rule with my game Tap Them that every actor with tag "bounce off walls" should collide when overlap/collides with right wall or left wall. Here is what for the love of me I just can't figure out......every once in a blue moon they dont collide...they just go off the screen. Wrap X is not enabled so they just disappear which is a major problem since I am optimizing it for actor recycling and not respawning. I have tried moving the walls up in the layers over the balls, tried vice versa....I just dont get it.

This is definitely not a promotion link, but if you want to get a better grasp of what I am saying you can see my game in action with the embedded video at facebook.com/jordanmorganapps

In a pickle guys, help me out!

turn up the density of your wall.
Like over 1000 You've prob got so many collisions going on GameSalad is not keeping up. Have you had this happen on the viewer where you can see the performance when it happens?

I will give that a shot...and yea the frame rate doesnt seem to be dipping when it happens. So I rechecked my rules over and over and couldnt figure it out. Hopefully the density fixes it because it was set at the default value of one

Try changing some of the collision rules so some are in the wall and some in the non walls

Another thing you could try is add another set of invisible walls to catch the ones getting through the original set of walls.

Thats worth a shot. Trying to minimize my rules at the same time, but in some situations there is simply no way around it.
