Control Camera behavior.

I want the camera to follow my car.HOw this can be done.I add the camera control to my car but nothing happens.I try to edit the camera but it remains in the view only does not move anywhere.

    on the scene editor, next to the arrow, there should be a camera, click that then make it as small as you can.
