TEMPLATE of Gamesalad for comercial use

Hi, is this legal and compatibel with Games salad license to use the templates or some elements of Gamessalad s templates for the game that i want to sell ( i mean the payable game on appstore)?

    Nope, it breaks copyright laws as well as ethically wrong.

    im pretty sure you can use the template as long as you create your own graphics, sound, etc. or otherwise as stated by the author. it only breaks copyrights if they copyrighted it, which from what i've seen is quite rare. there are plenty of games out there that evolved from templates, so it should be fine but there is a 25% chance im wrong..... :)

    He means the ones that come with GS, these assets are copyrighted.

    You can use control methods etc but not sounds or artwork.
