Yes I am an idiot..., now that I have got that out of the way I have looked at the wiki and even the GS youtube videos carefully before putting these requests online.....,
Can someone please walk me though getting an actor to move using keyboard controls?
*The GS youtube video that shows the Cave Game being made skips over the very part I was most interested in which is how to move the actor across the game screen. In the GS youtube video I can clearly see a keyboard behavior in the behavior list, but I can't find it in the list on my copy of GS and its computer's list.
Side comment : If you could check what behaviors are used by each actor in the current game examples, then the example games would be much more helpful. Actually that would be the most helpful thing that you could do as newbies like me would just copy the behaviors then alter them until we get it right.
A question for much further down the line.
I will be getting an ipod touch soon- How does the GS integrate the touch and tilt game controls?

Just need to add a similar left and right set of movement behaviors.
Also, there have been changes to behaviors since the video was made. The keyboard movement behavior has been deprecated since it can be made from the basic behaviors we have now.
