Keychain Certificates

Hey guys I am having some issues installing my GS viewer the viewer has been created in Xcode already but I cannot get it on the iPad 2 because for some reason after I reformatted my HDD on the Mac and reinstalled the OS I lost them now when I download them from the dev portal they still won't work. In the keychain under certificates I see 3 of them but under "my certificates" I don't see any. Can someone please help me out?
