Cant upload ipad app.....

When you're publishing, in the Advanced section, you need to click the dropdown menu that targets the iOS. Choose 3.2

AND, if you've compiled your app targeting 3.0, you now need to compile as a completely new app, not an update.

yes i know iv done that,

its not my first ipad app

and still it gives the error

Just to emphasise my second comment, if you compile an app at 3.0 and get this error, then when you try to recompile as 3.2, you have to compile as a new app, rather than an update to the previous app. It may not be the problem you're having, but it was a showstopper for me.

I uploaded as 3.2 and got an error and this is not an update this is a completely new game

I also uploaded as 4.0 and same error

I'm not sure what's causing this
