i have this problem when iam on the gamesalad creator:scene editor, i double clink on a actor of the left to add anything i want then i click preview and works, but sometimes dont work , i have to double click on a actor that is already placed in the scene in order to work, so when finally iam ready to create a game, on which part i should add the behaviors?

The actors in the list at the left side are your prototypes and thats generally where you want to place all of your behaviors. However sometimes you have to open an instance of the actor you have already placed into the scene and unlock it to access attributes of the scene or other actors in the scene. once you have clicked the unlock button it will no longer update when you make changes to the prototype. this goes for attributes too. if you open an instance and change an attribute it will no longer update when you change the same attribute in the prototype. So if you have unlocked anything you will have to make changes to the instance and if you have not it is best to make changes to the prototype.

if you have unlocked the actor in each scene you will have to add it to each scene. if you have not unlocked it then you can just add it to the prototype and it will update throughout the entire game.
