Hey guys, just wanted to post a video to show some of the stuff ive been adding to this. Trying to make it as fun and polished as possible. Hope to have it done within a week or too.

Added some more obstacles and objects as well as some power ups, with a speed power up that turns you into speed mode per say. Added game over scene and pause, started the how too, and added the dynamic scoring that adds up fast the higher and faster your going. Also thanks to the optimizer have improved performance alot, and the projects only at 2.2 mb

Any suggestions on what i can add or anything you think would be cool i would love to here them!

    What kind of sound effect do you have for when they swipe their finger across the screen?

    Havent done the sounds yet.thats what im working on right now, making a list of sounds i need, as well as the music and all that.

    This looks really good. I think this could easily be a new and noteworthy title. From watching the video I noticed there was a part where the penguin went off the top of the screen when it flies too high. Is it possible to have the camera zoom out when the penguin flies higher altitudes? Kinda like tiny wings when the bird flies to a new island.

    Looks very nice, mate!

    One thing that does concern me is the placement of the HUD on the extreme left of the screen.

    I'd personally put it all along the top, but if there are good reasons you don't want to do that, maybe consider putting it all on the extreme right? It's where your eye naturally falls in this kind of game is my reasoning!

    I guess, due to its sizing, its on the left. If it was like that on the right it would block too much of the oncoming obstacles. I agree though, naturally looking, it should be along the top or the right, but i dont think it would work for this game! The penguin goes to the bottom and the top of the screen, so the hud on those 2 places are ruled out really, its left or right for me and the right would obstruct the view of whats coming!

    Well the reason i have it to the left is becuase you can jump as high as you want on the y so if it was on top the player would be passing over it, and if it was all the way to the right, the gaps and objects would pass over it too and i think it would be harder to see

    Im gonna try some changes out now and report back!

    He could make the HUD stuff smaller maybe?

    EDIT: the pause button is huge, for example. Maybe keep that size for the actor (so it's easy to use) but make the graphic itself a lot smaller?

    im gonna try moving it around now and ill take a couple videos and see whats best :)
