Dear All,

What should I do to make the app return to the beginning when the app is suddenly closed (when the return button is pressed on iphone)?

Thanks a lot,

Jose

    When I said closed, I mean the user returning to the iphone menu without actually closing the app. When he returns, it starts from where it was but I need it to start from the beginning. I know about the reset game behavior but what is the event that shall cause the reset?

    you cant turn off the multitasking in gs so theres no way to do that. The user manually has to double tap the home button then close the app like that

    Ah, ok. But I saw many app that return to the beginning when the main button is pressed and then enter in the app again.

    You are telling that all GS app return to where the user left when someone return to them?

    I think I never close my apps. I am trying to close as you said, I double tap the home button, the app goes up and a line with 4 app appears at the bottom. But still, how should I close the app for it begin from the beginning?

    Thanks for the help!

    you have hold down on the icon in the menu that pops up and click the little red button on the app that you want to close.

    The menu that pops up show 4 applications. I mean, when a double click the home button, the screen goes up and then 4 app show up at the bottom.

    @netojose

    Once the screen moves up, and you see the four apps, tap and hold any one of them until they start to wiggle, and there will be a little minus arrow next to the apps so you can close them.

    So, can you make it pause when the game goes in to multitasking queue? Or what happens?
