Hey guys just a quick question...what is the best screen recording software (perhaps free ) and what do you use?

I use Screenflow, nice things can be done with it, here's a video I did with it, you can see the pointer as a circle and the camera recording too:



I know a lot of people use ishowu HD too, I hear a lot of good things about that.

Soundstage s very cheap and does a good job of recording from the simulator. The other thing that you need is editing capabilities (I use iMovie)
