i always read spawn and destroy is not good, i have a enemy shoot (spawn bullet) every 3 seconds and in the bullet i have a rule to destroy this after 1.5 seconds . is this bad if i have this for 8 enemies in one scene?

I would think it will hurt performance yes. Use the GS viewer to see what your FPS and RAM usage is.

    http://gamesalad.com/download/getViewer

It's a way to test your apps on an idevice. You need an iOS developers license to use it, unless you run it in the xCode iOS simulator. You'll also need to have Xcode installed. Do a google search to find out about Xcode if you don't already have it.

ok so the xcode is also for making games right? but it seems that requires to code, which i cant do, thats why iam learning gamesalad, i once read that i can download it for free from apple, so i need to have xcode to get gamesalad viewer? is this the only way so i can play/test games on my ipod without summit it to apple store?

You don't need Xcode to make your games, it just needs to be downloaded for the publishing process (I think) and I think to use the Viewer.

yep there isnt anything to do with xcode but let gamesalad handle it, also for adding provisioning profiles when testing it out. Just double click the profiles from apple and it auto-adds into xcode, publish via gamesalads nice wizard :O).
