Hi everyone i'm still having no luck on re spawning. if you check out my game and tap a rock you will see a screenshot on how far i am, any help or tips?

Well, the second condition in your Rule will never be true - so it will never get called.

The condition, When self. Rocks Left = self.Rocks Left - 1

Will never happen.
Let's just say, for example, Rocks Left is set to 5. You're basically asking when 5 = 4, do something...

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

for the rocks to re spawn after you tap them because it just stops after you destroyed them all. =(
