Trouble installing viewer

I'm having trouble installing the GS Viewer.
I've watch TSB's video a view times. It is on a different version which might be my problem. But when I click "RUN" it opens a Simulator.
When I check "iOS Device" I get Xcode cannot run using selected device, no provisioned iOS devices are available. I have my iPhone plugged in.
I have created a Provisioning Profile, like it shows in TSB's video.
Downloaded it, and double clicked it.
Ideas, of what I'm doing wrong?

I think the problem was simply my device wasn't showing up.
So I doubled clicked the provisioning profile again and I think that fixed my problem.
