importing user images as an app feature

I was hoping someone could tell me if game salad is capable of importing user images to be used within the game. If so... more info pls....

    Can you write it into an app that it pulls users images/photos into a library that can then be accessed to be attatched to actors?

    Thanks for the info.
    In case I didn't explain it well. The user takes a photo using their ipad, drags it into the app and their photo becomes the background. (for example)
    I'm guessing the answer is still no, but damn it'd be good.
