Icon Suggestions

I am about to publish my second game and i've have a lot of problems with the app Icon my first one looked very distorted and I was wanting to know if anyone had any suggestions for me should I make it Square with 90 degree angles or should i round the edges my self any info on how you all make yours would be appreciated.

make a 1024x1024 image then shrink it n send that 1 to apple it may help.
