Crashes

Hi guys,
I'm having a problem with a project. I think it might be due to the amount of actors in the scene.
Is their a limit to how many actors you can have on screen before it crashes?

    There is no magical number however getting up around 100 actors will cause a device to slow down and possible crash. is your app crashing on a device or is GameSalad crashing on your mac?

    If its the GameSalad creator you are experiencing the slow downs and crashes all of us deal with but only for 2 more weeks hopefully.

    It's happening on the Mac in GameSalad so I guess it's the problem that everyone is experiencing. The game is a platform game with a lot of walls that are used for collision. Is their a temp fix as 2 weeks is kind of long?

    You have to save close and restart GameSalad every 5-10 minutes

    I'm having a similar problem, I have a lot of actors that are rule heavy, however the actors don't actually move, their images just alter with a large number of variations. I have an imac 27inch (2010) and its struggling to run gs creator when I start editing the rule heavy actors. Has anyone noticed if you minimize each rule/group whether or not it improves the performance?

    Has the fix been implemented yet?

    I have definitely noticed this. Do you know if they are planning to fix it?
