Moving background

Hi guys,

I hope you're all well.

Just wondering if anyone know's if the below's possible.

Basically I'm trying to work out how to scoll a image by touching it - ie: if you swipe right the image moves right, and if you swipe left the image moves left - even if its by pressing bottom bar arrows?

Is this possible.

make an invisible actor the size of the screen and have it control the camera. Use this demo (applied only on the X or Y if only going up or down http://gamesalad.com/game/play/30692 to make it so you can push it around.
