random spawn no repeat

I have looked thru this site. No one has my answer. I see a video by tshirtbooth, but no actual code or gamesalad tutorial.
I want to have 3 rows of 5 images. I want them random. I want them reshuffled and shown again (same images, different order) these 15 images are from a group of 20 total images.
The closest game I can think of that is close is solitare as far as mechanics go..
any help? I've spent well over 1 1/2 hours looking...
