Able to set X and Y movability.

Whilst you can already un-tick movable to stop an actor from being able to move I've found often that it would be handy to be able to specify or select an individual axes so that I can have an actor moving along the Y axis and not the X for example. Having this feature would be a lot more efficient than my current work around, and less buggy.
