Spawning issue

Has anyone had trouble spawning actors repeatedly. This is my problem. I touch an actor that spawns other actors. After those spawned actors do their thing. I want to kill them and re-spawn. Seems easy enough right? Problem is it will only spawn once? Any ideas?
