touch controls hide behind actors

hi guys im making this game...everything went fine in the initial scene..but when i try to add buttons to the next scene these buttons hide behind the actors when i move it to a unscrollable layer...everything is working fine with my first scene but from the second they keep hiding behind actors ...please help!!

    You'll have to change it on every scene unfortunately Buddy.

    make sure you have ur HUD layer on the first layer so it will always be infront of actors for the actual game.
