trajectory game

so i want my game to have something in it that makes a circle get bigger before i launch something. just like in tshirtbooth's trajectory game. i know there is a template but i cant find it. does anybody have the link or name?

okay i have made myself unclear. i dont want to buy any of tshirtbooth's templates (yet) but i remember using a template from the new section of gamesalad. it didnt shoot anything like the game does it just shows the graphics and stuff.
