is there a way of detecting Change on an attribute?

Hi,
-Probably a stupid question, but how can i detect a change within an atribute. E.g. when a score goes up by 1, i want it to then spawn another actor, for example. But i cannot have it done when i use the change attribute (+1), primarily because it would start to get far to complicated to follow. (development wise). So any suggestions?
