Name may be rejected?

So without giving away the name of my game I have entered it into iTunes Connect to start a new app, and when I do, it tells me that I should'nt use one of the words because it may get rejected! The word is "Dust" There are 2 other words in the title, why would my app get rejected for that?

if its referring to drugs most likely it will be kicked out.
