Sound plays on mac but not on iPhone or iPad

Title says it all.

When touch is pressed it plays sound but, when i opened it in the viewer on my iphone it doesnt play the sound

any clue?

    My rule is touch pressed play sound and yea ....

    Is run to complete checked? Is any other attribute blocking it from playing? Format of audio?

    Yes , and no

    It's ogg file

    It's so weird cause it plays on Mac but not on iPhone

    I know this might sound stupid but did you check that the hardware mute switch of the iphone is in the unmute position?
