Reset level but countdown does not reset

I have a scene in which in options there is restart level.I have put the behavior when touch is pressed reset scene.It works fine but it does not not restart the countdown and my actors starts to move as soon as restart level button is pressed.Any help is always appreciated.

you have to also use a change attribute and set the attributes back to where they were when the level starts.
