I thought I had this sorted but for some reason I don't. I thought it was quite easy.

I have an actor that I want to walk to the spot on the screen I touch. It will be a 2d plain so its only left and right.

So if he is standing left of the screen, and I click somewhere on the right, i want him to walk to that point and stop?

    move to

    game.touch1.X
    game.touch1.Y

    seems like it should work.

doesn't work properly, the actor for some reason goes down then left a bit without me touching anything, I touch once then yes it moves to position but only once.

ok what is happening is when I preview the scene, the actor starts to move left until it is at position 0 at the far left of the screen, it only does it when I put the move to attribute in. Could someone go a little more indepth cos this makes no sense.

You don't (and don't laugh scitunes) have anything in an "Otherwise" section of a rule/behavior for the actor, so you?

Also, not sure on your app orientation, but is gravity maybe pulling the player to the left? Maybe an orientation or a gravity setting tweak?
