You only have to print, sign and mail tax form if you are from Canada or the U.S. right? If a dev is elsewhere you just have to sign the tax contract in itunes connect?

I did do all that but I don't know if I filled it out correctly since this is my first time doing it. I was just wondering if theres an easy way to check if they accepted it without going through the hassle of phoning them.
Hey, I remember filling out mine ... my wife is an accountant and helped me (the papers from Apple made sense to her). I printed the "non Quebec" form and filled in everything except the business info and then signed it. Here is the bad part! I FedExed it to apple ~10 days prior to releasing my first app and once my trumpet was approved it did not show up in iTunes. I didn't know what to do, asked on here .... but nothing helped.
I then called Apple and was told to sign the USA tax form (which was only a check mark and took 5 seconds to complete).
Then Apple was happy, moved my app to iTunes and since then, someone bought it
Bottom line: CALL them! They have an 800 # and I think a skype setup as well?
good luck < I mean that!
P.S. WHY i had to sign the US tax form ... no one knows ...

I already filled out the USA tax form/check box thing and thats actually what messed me up. After filling out the USA form the iOS Paid Applications contract was moved to the "In effect" box even though I hadn't even mailed the Canadian form yet. I'm not lucky enough to be married to an accountant so this whole thing has been extremely confusing to me. I appreciate all the help, I guess I'll just have to phone them.
