Hey guys,
So for the past 2 months i have been learning PHP and building my website. Basically, the premise of the site is a helpful tutorial site for older non-techie people tell me what you think obviously its probably not very useful for you guys but...

    If you are going to spam our forum. Please do it in the right section. As you can see you are in the "working with GameSalad" section and your post has nothing to do with GS

    I know dude, i put it in the wrong section and I'm no newbie to GS i have used it for 5 months now and have 2 apps imma bout to publish.

    This is beyond pathetic..im sure a sous chef would have changed it for him without any hassle. Sous chefs have these powers for a reason. If you have nothing better to say don't say it and you didn't even offer him any advice about his website.

    on topic now ;) (or not as it seems :P )

    I like the website seems easy to use maybe have videos more on view not sure really not your target market but I think your target market would be able to use it with ease which I guess is the main aim!

    Nice site, not sure what I have to search for to get a result though :P

    I'm looking to expand my web design knowledge, I have an understanding of HTML and CSS but I wouldn't know how to create a webpage from scratch. As for expanding further than just HTML and CSS I'm thinking of learning ruby and ruby on rails, I looked into PHP but had no clue where to start as there were far too many options :/ Mind sharing how you learnt PHP? I haven't actually looked into it that much but ruby on rails seems far more friendlier in terms of learning tutorials etc that are available.

    Thanks man, well you basically just search for a tutorial in the bar or click on a recent one in the scrolling thing. As far as php goes I learned mostly from PHP academy and then http://php.net just teaching myself with some help from phpacademy basically. I would definitely reccomend php over ruby on rails its much easier to rapidly prototype an app in PHP then rails.
