Help! Mac App rejected - Packaged app won't launch

My Mac app was rejected for not launching when they tested the package file. GS sends you 2 things after publishing for the Mac. 1) the app 2) package file... so I tested the app w/ a "test user" account and all that. It works. BUT after I install the package file which I send to Apple it won't launch. It doesn't do anything really, no error, just won't open. Why will the app file work, but when I install the package file it won't work? Since I'm sending the package to Apple, this is what matters right? So what could be causing the app inside the package to not work when it works otherwise?

Make sure all your images are 72 DPI, no more.
Also check with viewer how your ram is.

    Cheers.

Well I don't think that those issues have to do with it, because it's not crashing because of the app itself. The app that GS sends along with the package works. The app *inside* the package file won't open after I run the installer. Apple gets the package file, and I suppose when they install it, the app won't open for them either. So would a certificate problem make the packaged app file not work, while the app file that comes outside of the package file works?

Is the packaged app file supposed to work on my Mac?
