Make actor follow touch

Hi all,
I have just started with gamesalad, i can do the basics.
i searched the forum but cant find what im after.

Basicly i would like the actor to follow a touch.
e.g i drag my finger around the screen and the actor follows its every move, under the finger.

Any ideas how its done?
